The milking center is outfitted with a Double 10 Delaval Herringbone system, which allows one person to milk 80 cows an hour.

A computer controls all of the settings and generates reports on each cow's production, as well as the performance of the milkers. The milking center is designed to be a very efficient facility from cooling milk naturally with water to variable speed motors to save electricity.
